Experience
Danielle has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist since 2019 in acute care, outpatient, long-term care, school, and research settings. She initiated and facilitated the "Brain Injury Support Group" at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, NY to provide a space for social support for survivors of traumatic brain injury, stroke, and other types of brain injury. She has provided therapy to children and adults with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. She has developed a passion for working with adults with neurogenic communication disorders such as aphasia. She aims to provide individualized, client-driven, and evidence-based interventions.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys road trips and hiking in new places, eating popcorn, and playing cards with her family.
