Bone health is a major determinant of our overall wellness and longevity. In contrast, bone disease is often associated with other major disorders like diabetes, muscle weakness and certain neurological conditions. Skeletal fractures, such as from falls, can be a serious and life-threatening injury in some people, particularly if your bones are fragile due to osteoporosis.
