Experience

Ilaria is at the beginning of her professional journey, having graduated from Syracuse University in the spring of 2025 with a strong foundation in both science and Business. Throughout her academic career, she gained hands-on experience working in laboratory environments as well as customer facing roles in sales. This combination has helped her develop a versatile skill set from analytical thinking to interpersonal communication.

Now, Ilaria is excited to begin her career at Engage, where she looks forward to contributing to a collaborative team, learning more about physical, occupational and speech therapy.

 

During her off time, Ilaria enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and staying active by playing soccer.
